Ingredients
- 1 cup of coconut milk
- 1 cup of coconut water ice cubes or regular water ice cubes
- ¼ cup of North Coast Naturals Hemp Seed Hearts (plus 1 tablespoon for garnish)
- 1 cup seasonal berries
- 1 frozen banana
- 4 -5 dates (optional)
- 1 ½ teaspoon lime zest
- 1 lime, juiced
Instructions
1. Combine all ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth. Add extra coconut water or water if the shake becomes too thick.
2. Garnish with Hemp Seed Hearts and lime zest
