Shipping Policy

North Coast Naturals USA ships to all USA States including Alaska and Hawaii. We do NOT ship to Puerto Rico and APO/FPO addresses. Orders with PO BOX are not eligible for expedited shipping methods.

Free shipping is automatically applied to orders of $89 or more. Typical delivery time around the holidays is between 7-12 business days (Monday through Friday), simply due to the influx of orders and the ongoing pandemic situation that is still not over. Please keep in mind that there is always a possibility of further delays due to the weather this time of year. Some orders may qualify for next-day, 2-day delivery and free shipping for orders below $89 according to the zip code.

PLEASE NOTE that signatures are not required for deliveries; therefore, if there is no one to accept the delivery at the shipping address you provided, it will be left at the door. We are not responsible for missing, lost, or stolen packages. Please track your package, note the delivery date, and be present at your shipping address to accept your package. Extra freight charges will be incurred if your order is undeliverable and returned to our warehouse.

You are responsible for providing us the proper shipping address. Shipment re-routing is prohibited, and such shipments will be returned to our warehouse. You will be credited the amount for the goods, minus the actual freight charge incurred.
