Breakfast Power Smoothie

Makes 1 serving

Ingredients

  • 1 medium organic banana, peeled and sliced (can be frozen)
  • 1 container (100 g) plain or vanilla flavoured organic yogurt (can substitute regular yogurt with coconut yogurt if desired)
  • 1 cup (240 ml) almond or coconut milk
  • 1 scoop of Boosted Immuno Whey+ Vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon of Boosted MCT Cooking Oil
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • 2 ice cubes (if you like it nice and cold)
  • 1 lime, juiced

Instructions

In blender, combine bananas, yogurt, milk, whey, MCT oil and ice. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and sprinkle with cinnamon.
