Recipe name: Breakfast Power Smoothie
Makes 1 serving
Ingredients
- 1 medium organic banana, peeled and sliced (can be frozen)
- 1 container (100 g) plain or vanilla flavoured organic yogurt (can substitute regular yogurt with coconut yogurt if desired)
- 1 cup (240 ml) almond or coconut milk
- 1 scoop of Boosted Immuno Whey+ Vanilla
- 1 teaspoon of Boosted MCT Cooking Oil
- Pinch of cinnamon
- 2 ice cubes (if you like it nice and cold)
- 1 lime, juiced
Instructions
In blender, combine bananas, yogurt, milk, whey, MCT oil and ice. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and sprinkle with cinnamon.
