Vanilla Banana Smoothie
Great for breakfast, before or after a workout or as a mid-afternoon snack.
- 1 scoop of North Coast Naturals 100% Iso-Protein (vanilla)
- 1 cup of vanilla soy milk
- ½ organic banana (frozen)
- ½ cup of cold water
- 1 tsp. of North Coast Naturals Fermented L-Glutamine
- 4 ice cubes
- Put all ingredients in blender and blend on medium for 30 seconds. Pour in a large glass and enjoy!
