Sweet Pumpkin Cookies



  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Cream butter and sucanat.
  3. Add pumpkin, egg, and vanilla, mix well.
  4. Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and allspice.
  5. Mix together and add North Coast Naturals Organic Brown Rice, Organic Soya or Organic Hemp Protein powder, nuts and raisins.
  6. Bake 10-15 min.
