High Protein French Toast

  1. In a bowl beat the eggs into the milk. Next add North Coast Naturals Organic Brown Rice, Organic Soya or Organic Hemp Protein powder and the vanilla and mix well.
  2. In a frying pan, heat up the butter. Dip bread into egg mixture. Brown on both sides.
  3. These can be frozen for up to 3 months. To serve pop them into the toaster.
