Spinach Pesto Pasta
Kids love it!
- 1 bunch of spinach, washed and stems removed
- 2 cloves of garlic, peeled
- 1/4 cup pine nuts, almonds or North Coast Naturals Raw Hemp Seeds
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/8 to 1/4 cup North Coast Naturals Organic EFA 369 Oil blend or North Coast Naturals Organic Hemp Oil
- 2 cups pasta or whole grain pasta
- Place all the ingredients in a food processor or blender.
- Cook pasta according to package.
- Blend pesto until smooth, mix into slightly cooled pasta.
