Lunch made simple!
- 1 cup cucumber, diced
- 1 red pepper, diced
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 1 tomato cubed
- 1/4 cup red onion, sliced
- 1/4 cup olives (your favourite)
- 2 Tablespoons North Coast Naturals Organic EFA 369 Oil blend or North Coast Naturals Organic Hemp Oil
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Pinch salt and pepper
- 3 to 4 whole wheat pita pockets
- 8 lettuces leaves
- Combine North Coast Naturals Organic EFA 369 Oil Blend or North Coast Naturals Organic Hemp Oil, apple cider vinegar, oregano, salt and pepper and gently mix together.
- Place vegetables in bowl and toss gently with dressing.
- Line pita with 2 leaves of lettuce then add vegetable mixture.
