Mandarin Salad

If you want to make this dish ahead of time and take it to work the next day, keep the dressing separate and add to the salad just before eating.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mix the honey with the North Coast Naturals Organic EFA 369 Oil Blend or North Coast Naturals Organic Hemp Oil.
  2. Place pecans on baking sheet a roast in a 250-degree oven for approximately 5 to 10 minutes, until lightly toasted.
  3. Place romaine lettuce, oranges, and pecans in a bowl and lightly coat with vinaigrette dressing (recipe below).

Vinaigrette Dressing

  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup North Coast Naturals Organic EFA 369 Oil Blend or North Coast Naturals Organic Hemp Oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 teaspoon North Coast Naturals Organic Bio Greens or North Coast Naturals Greens1

Directions

  1. Put all ingredients in blender and blend until mixed.
