All in One Chicken Dinner
This is a quick and easy dinner for those busy days and nights.
- 4 chicken breasts or 4 large chicken legs
- 1 large yam, diced
- 2 large potatoes, diced
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 1 bulb garlic, peeled and separated
- 2 tablespoons rosemary, chopped
- 2 tablespoons poultry seasoning
- 4 tablespoons of North Coast Naturals EFA Organic 369 Oil blend or North Coast Naturals Organic Hemp Oil, or Olive oil
- In a large cast iron pot or small roasting pan place chicken, sprinkle the seasoning
- Place remaining ingredients in bowl and toss with olive oil. Next place the vegetables around the chicken.
- Cook at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until chicken is cooked.
- Cool slightly and just before serving pour a tablespoon of North Coast Naturals Organic EFA 369 Oil blend or North Coast Naturals Organic Hemp Oil on vegetables
Serve with a green salad
