All in One Chicken Dinner

This is a quick and easy dinner for those busy days and nights.



  1. In a large cast iron pot or small roasting pan place chicken, sprinkle the seasoning
  2. Place remaining ingredients in bowl and toss with olive oil. Next place the vegetables around the chicken.
  3. Cook at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until chicken is cooked.
  4. Cool slightly and just before serving pour a tablespoon of North Coast Naturals Organic EFA 369 Oil blend or North Coast Naturals Organic Hemp Oil on vegetables

Serve with a green salad
